Santa Around Anoka County
In 1916 C.A. Nelson registered his farm in Fridley as the “Northpole.”
Starting 1940, Federal Cartridge hosted visits from Santa at the Green Theater in Anoka.
In 1953 Bernard Swanson opened Santa Claus Town in the then Township of Ramsey.
